• I only dealt with my recruiter at this company and she was the best. I always had a lot of questions and she was always available to answer them. Benefits like healthcare and a 401K plan are available to you. Pros Very attentive recruiter Cons Not that I can think of

  • It has been a great place to work overall and the company compensates very well. It hardly ever slows down and the work level remains very high. Work life balance is pretty poor and the work load can be stressful most of the time. Pros Compensation, benefits, and unlimited PTO Cons Work/Life Balance

  • I started with a company that Medical Solutions later acquired. I will say that if comparing the two, MedSol fell way short in a few areas. The pay and benefits are great however the uber corporate environment and micro-managing coupled with working from home were not for me. Many of my original co-workers jumped ship once we fully integrated. I had hopes it would be different but ultimately I was not supported in my role as a full time remote employee and mother of 3.

  • I have worked with Medical Solutions for a couple years. My recruiter is amazing along with all of the other team members I have interacted with. I recommend this company to other travel nurses all the time. Pros Great pay and benefits

My recruiter Ben has been amazing at getting me set up with my current contract! He got me a competitive wage, is very organized and responds promptly when I have questions. I appreciate him checking in to see how everything is going and is quick to help solve any issue I may have. 10/10 recommend Medical Solutions!

  • Worked with them for over a year as a travel nurse and upon having issues about the safety of a work site was dropped by them like a hot potato. Not a good company at all. Pros Pay Cons Culture and management

There could be more med/surg opportunities for LPN. Also pay is less then many other companies. I really like my recruiter but last couple of assignments I have had to take the initiative on a lot of things, that others get paid for out of my earnings. Pros recruiter Cons again like my review said

Company has contracts both local and travel that have fit my needs well. Pay is fair and their insurance seems reasonable for an agency. Recruiter (val)is quick to respond and addresses all concerns quickly. Pros Contracts Cons Not Gauranteed work

  • Do not apply for the MSP billing department. Their processes and procedures are out of date. It’s difficult to grasp what needs to be done and the job itself is way over complicated for what it is. Things are delegated to billers that should not be and they pile more and more on them that should be handled by other departments or a specific team should be created to handle these tasks. All other departments are great though! Pros Free time off Cons Processes and procedures are out of date and confusing

I gave this organization a very low score because I went on two assignments with this company that were terrible. I told both recruiters that I do not like small facilities whatsoever. The second assignment really put the icing on the cake for me wanting to go with a better agency for another assignment. I was told a certain pay in my contract with guaranteed hours. In actuality, I did not get that pay that was in my contract. I called the recruiter to discuss my concern and left a voice mail to call me. No phone call. I will not use this company for travel anymore in this lifetime. This company has too many partnerships with small facilities that are jacked up from the start. Pros You meet new people Cons They lie about the pay and hours. They do not follow through on their contract with you.

  • I feel the company don't fight to protect it contractors from unfair discharge of their contracts. Through no fault of the contractors , the hospitals can terminate you at anytime with no financial consequences .

  • Pay is fair, culture is great, potential for growth, plenty of support, updated technology and software, great benefits for internal employees and travelers. A gem within an industry filled with a lot of bush league agencies. CEO is a wonderful guy and management reflects his influence. Frustrations are the same you would have at any agency in this profession. Always felt like I was valued and cared about. Pros Culture, Pay, Opportunities, Values, Benefits Cons Work life balance, Unlimited PTO is kind of a trap

This is my first travel assignment. I was very excited to work with Medical Solutions, but disappointed after I signed my contract and found out that other travel agencies pay considerably more for the same contract than this one does. My recruiter has been very nice and follow up to remind me of the paperwork needed for the assignment and the required testing. I hope my experience is positive with them. Pros Proactive recruiters and pleasant. Cons Low pay compared to other agencies

Paid top dollar. Immediate response and solutions to any problems. Gifts given randomly like gift cards from restaurants to Wal-Mart. Your handler will really care about you and always work in your best interest Pros Bonuses, gifts, first day medical insurance Cons Nothing to mention

  • I had a great recruiter. I do wish she was specific on some of the things written in my contract, but overall it was a great company to work. I’d definitely go back if I was looking for a travel contract.

I am happy with my current assignment as a Medical Assistant in Show Low AZ. Unable to find next assignment with the company as medical Assistant in Northern California. They need to be reaching out to company in that area for medical Assistants. I’m having to seek another company in order to get out that way end of December early January.
